Soft Play Drop-Off Info

Please ensure the area is fully ready for drop-off:

  • Make sure no cars are blocking the unloading area — we’ll be arriving with a large trailer.
  • Ensure the setup area is clear and accessible.
  • Grass must be flat & freshly cut, dry, and clean. please make sure sprinkles are off.
    Cement is preferred, mats do come apart when on grass.
  • Area must be shaded
  • If you have dogs, please pick up after them and keep them away from the soft play area at all times.

On the day of your event, I’ll share my ETA once I’m on the way to your location. I won’t have an exact time until that day, as it depends on the schedule and the order of my deliveries.

Rental time begins at the start time of your event, not at the time of drop-off


What's included in your rental? 5 Hours of play, we set up 1-4 hours before event. 

 soft mats. Set up, breakdown and a maintenance fee are included in your package. Everything is thoroughly

inspected, cleaned and sanitized before and after each rental.

RENTER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE RENTAL BEFORE YOU PICK IT UP?
WE EXPECT THAT YOU PICK UP ALL OF THE BALLS AND PLACE THEM BACK IN THE BALL PIT BEFORE OUR ARRIVAL FOR PICK UP. ALSO, WE EXPECT THAT NO HEAVY SOILING (WET OR DRY) OCCURS ON OR IN THE EQUIPMENT WHILE IN YOUR POSSESSION AND THAT THE EQUIPMENT IS NOT USED IN ANY WAY EXCEPT FOR THAT WHICH IT WAS INTENDED. I

Ready to Book? Here’s What I Need:


  • Exact location (address)
  • Is the setup indoors or outdoors? If outdoors, is it on grass or cement?
  • March–August bookings must have shade for outdoor setups
  • Time of event
  • Birthday boy/girl's name & age
  • Theme of the party
  • Color scheme
  • If the event is at a venue, please include the earliest time we can set up and what time pickup must be completed. We need at least 1 hour for pickup.
  • 5. We require a clear pathway at least 3ft wide in order to bring in the dolly and equipment. If there are any trash cans, tables, chairs, etc. in the way of set-up, they will need to be moved by the renter before arriving. 
  • please keep the little ones alway during set up & pick up to ensure their safety.

Deposit is due to hold a specific playzone/date .
Deposits are non refundable if you cancel.
